Our mission is simple, we desire to be a church that
Loves God, Loves Others & Shares Jesus

Our Core Values
-Abide in Prayer
-Give Generously
-Live in Community
-Seek the Kingdom
-Walk by Scripture

  • We believe that Christ followers are most effective when we pray. Prayer is the foundation of everything we do. We value prayer in 3 ways

    • We pray together during Sunday Gatherings.

    • We pray each week for one another and our city’s needs.

    • Regularly tell stories of God answering prayer to encourage our faith walk.

We also believe a church is most effective when it rests. In our busy chaotic lives, REST is so important.

We value rest as a church because it offers hope in a hopelessly busy and burdened world.

  • We believe that Christ followers should be known as generous people. At Nations, we believe generosity extends far beyond just finances. We ask our people to give in 3 key areas:

    • Our Time

    • Our Gifts

    • Our Finances

  • We believe that Christ followers are meant to live together in a spiritual community. In an increasingly isolated world, people feel more displaced, unseen, and unheard. Community happens best in 3 relational spaces.

    • In a circle with a group of 12 or more people invested in each other’s life.

    • In mentoring relationships up to 4 people that re growing spiritually together.

    • When we gather on Sundays to worship Jesus or to serve a need in our city.

  • We believe that Christ followers should desire to build God’s kingdom over their castle. In addition to sending missionaries around the world, we are intentionally partnering with other ministries and churches to be for their mission as much as our own. We partner joyfully with these ministries and associations.

    Locally:

    State of Texas:

    Nationally:

    Globally:

    Denominationally:

  • We believe that Christ followers fulfill their calling when they embody the Great Commandment and the Great Commission in tension with one another.

A healthy church pursues both equally and does not prioritize one over the other.
